A company is seeking a part-time Human Resources Assistant.
This person will support office in the recruiting side and have the opportunity to work on various tasks and projects. In this role the selected candidate will have the opportunity to learn interview techniques and see the entire hiring process from job announcement to offer acceptance.
Some of the duties are:
- Resume review
- Editing of written job descriptions and interview notes
- Conducting of reference checks
- Calling candidates for various positions
- Scheduling candidates with clients
- And any office needs
Qualifications and Skills
- Clear communication skills
- Flexibility, integrity and high level of customer service are a must
- A team player that is willing to jump in to help out
- 1-2 years’ experience in Human Resources
- Able to work independently
- Excellent time management skills
- Human Resources: 1 year
This Project is seeking consultants.
This is not a remote position.
This position does not require travel.
