A company is looking for a senior-level Contract Sr. Corporate Recruiter to join the HR & Recruiting Team.
The Contract Recruiter will play a 'generalist' role and work with current Corporate Recruiter in supporting hiring within Field Sales & Marketing Team, Digital Marketing, I.T., and in the placement of talented Marketing, Sales, and Enrollment Services folks to join AP.
The Contract Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing candidates, developing a pipeline of qualified candidates, scheduling and coordinating interviews, and communicating updates to the hiring team on a weekly basis.
Primary Responsibilities Include:
Full life-cycle recruiting including sourcing, screening, completing references, prepping candidates for subsequent interviews, and closing
Source passive candidates, review resumes, phone screen qualified candidates, and schedule interviews with hiring managers using Newton ATS
Send candidates interview confirmations, negotiate offers and all follow-up correspondence
Assist HR team with pre-hire activities including: composing offer letters, creating and distributing employment agreements, processing background screenings
Develop strong relationships with all levels of the organization to develop solutions that support recruiting, business, and HR goals and objectives
The ideal candidate has previous experience with recruiting Marketing, IT, Sales, Creative, and/or Higher Education professionals.
