The role of contract Sales Recruiter is to seek out and find the very best sales talent in the marketplace. In this role, you will be responsible for full life cycle recruitment of sales roles to own and implement innovative recruiting strategies to exceed hiring goals.
- Work to identify and attract top sales talent
- Execute the full lifecycle recruitment process for sales hires and partner with various managers to actively recruit talent
- Deliver consistent and timely results that delight your customers
- Creatively search and source for candidates across multiple locations using job boards, internet searches, direct sourcing, networking, and other creative methods
- Build relationships with relevant industry professional associations and universities
- Ensure that all candidates have an exceptional recruiting experience
Job Qualifications / Experience Requirements:
- 2 plus years’ experience in a talent acquisition function
- Autonomous self-starter
- Strong interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work with individuals of all professional levels and diverse experience
- Responsible, committed to greatness, and collaborative
- Strong desire to learn and grow
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
- Creative thinker
- Working knowledge of MS PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and Outlook
