As a Contract Recruiter, your primary responsibilities include creatively sourcing experience in digital design creative candidates through a variety of channels. 

The Recruiter will work to ensure that company is positioned to attract, recruit and retain the best design and creative talent, externally in the target market(s). A Creative Recruiter understands the career path of all the roles within creative and UX departments. 

Key Responsibilities:

•Full cycle recruitment, focused on Creative and UX Design talent. Deliver quality full cycle recruiting by sourcing, interviewing, closing and executing the offer with the candidate. 
•Build relationships with top talent within geography and "drip" on identified prospects for talent pipelines and referral sources. 
•Ability to organically generate a pipeline of experience in prospects.

Basic Qualifications: 

•Five or more years of full life-cycle recruiting experience and/or agency/niche recruiting experience is strongly preferred. 
•Must have experience working as a Recruiter or Sourcer for Creative and UX positions. Sourcing and recruiting creative talent strategies at a regional level is strongly preferred. 
•Experience in sourcing component of recruiting for specific and niche skills within the creative design industry. 
•Strong interest in visual design and user experience. 
•Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal. 
• Bachelor's degree preferred.

This Project is seeking consultants.
