This is a contract position.

Role Definition: 

Achieves staffing objectives by attracting, evaluating, and recruiting candidates while partnering with the hiring managers and the divisional HR. 

Key Responsibilities 

• Attracts applicants by utilizing various sourcing channels, such LinkedIn and other social media sites, referral campaigns, university and early talent programs, etc. 

• Partners with hiring managers to deeply understand requirements and presents candidate profiles using strong talent advisor opinion in order to help hiring managers make informed decisions. 

• Delivers a strong candidate experience using a selling and direct approach 

Critical Experiences and skills: 
• 3 years of technical recruiting experience 
• Experience sourcing, prequalifying, and presenting candidates 
• Proven history utilizing social media and innovative sourcing techniques to build candidate pipelines 
• Strong listening and consultative skills in order to understand specific requirements and candidate profiles 
• Experience working with managers at all levels and working in a team environment

This Project is seeking consultants.
