This is a contract position.

  • 3 years of technical recruiting experience
  • Experience sourcing, prequalifying, and presenting candidates
  • Proven history utilizing social media and innovative sourcing techniques to build candidate pipelines
  • Strong listening and consultative skills in order to understand specific requirements and candidate profiles
  • Experience working with managers at all levels and working in a team environment

Key Responsibilities

* Attracts applicants by utilizing various sourcing channels, such LinkedIn and other social media sites, referral campaigns, university and early talent programs, etc.

* Partners with hiring managers to deeply understand requirements and presents candidate profiles using strong talent advisor opinion in order to help hiring managers make informed decisions.

* Delivers a strong candidate experience using a selling and direct approach
